She has a gorgeous husband, two handsome little men and a beautiful princess. She spends most of her spare time at the hockey rink as both boys play hockey and the little princess is following right in their footsteps. She loves spending time at the family camp on the lake and taking the yearly family vacation to the beach in Maine. Her newest love is cooking wholesome, natural meals for her family. An ultimate dream of hers would be to travel around the world and bring her knowledge and skills to underserved communities.
Jessica Rollo has spent the last 13 years in a preschool setting and is herself a child at heart. She joined the Elite Health and Wellness Team in September 2013. And what a Gem she is!
Jessica keeps Elite Health and Wellness organized and she takes care of all the insurance and financial needs. Jessica is the first person you hear if you call or see if you stop on by.
She maintains a curious outlook on health and life, and a hunger to know more. She remains passionate about children and families alike. She will be one to watch as we grow here and add on programs to suite our lovely patients and clients! She loves beach days, sunshine, snuggling with her family on the couch, reading, hikes in the woods, and all things delicious.
Stayin’ Alive CPR Class Instructor
Lorna is a registered nurse who graduated from Castleton State College in Vermont. After graduation Lorna moved to Maine and took her first position at Portland Maine Medical Center. In 1984 she began her Red Cross CPR instructor courses. Lorna loved her position and the environment in Maine but decided to move back in 1990 to Vermont to be closer to her family.
Lorna took a position in the ICU at Fletcher Allen Hospital and also worked at Northwestern Medical Center. She continued instructing Basic Life Support (BLS) classes to healthcare professionals and lay rescuers. Lorna has since retired from NMC and is currently still working full time at FAHC in the ICU.
Lorna is now teaching BLS through the American Heart Association. She brought her expertise to Elite Health and Wellness in 2013 offering both small and larger Stayin’ Alive classes. What a life saver!!
In her spare time if you she can even find any, she enjoys attending healthy cooking classes and trying out the recipes at home! She runs a small rescue farm in Franklin, Vermont and is a runner, gardener and an avid follower of her nieces, nephews and now great nieces and nephews sports careers!
Sadie studied at Lyndon State College for one semester but realized that it really wasn’t for her. She decided to pursue something new and enrolled in the massage therapy course at the Wellness Massage Center and Institute in St. Albans, Vermont.
“I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I learned not only about massage but also about life, relationships and business. I love learning new, natural remedies and alternative healing. I believe it is better for you than medicine, cheaper, you won’t get addicted and you won’t have to take it for the rest of your life. I know a lot of people are skeptical of these things so I want to raise my voice as much as I can to try and make peoples’ lives easier.”
Sadie Joined The Elite Team in November 2013 so that she could offer a therapeutic massage experience for her clients. Sadie would like to offer her expertise in her own unique way alongside other professionals in our healing studio.
“I believe you learn in life as you go and I’d like to share my knowledge to the best of my ability.”
She doesn’t have much but in her spare time she loves being outside, loves animals and really loves learning new things.

Kathleen has been practicing in the field of mental health for more than 12 years. Her counseling work is informed by a strengths perspective, and the core values of social work practice, which include service, social justice, dignity and worth of a person, importance of human relationships, integrity and competence.
She is an integrative therapist who formulates treatment through the lens of EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing therapy) and is a level two trained clinician. EMDR is an evidenced based psychotherapy that helps an individual to reprocess significant negative life events that can get “stuck” in the form of intrusive thoughts, memories, flashbacks, nightmares and/or physical sypmtoms such are panic attacks and difficulty sleeping. EMDR can help get people “unstuck” and thus to decrease or eliminate symptoms.
Other approaches She finds great success with include, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She is comfortable working with adults, adolescents and children.
Kathleen joined the Elite Team after being a patient here. She wanted to venture out on her own and thought the atmosphere was perfect for her clients growth and her own professional growth!
