Nicole's Bio:

Nicole is a holistic entrepreneur with dreams of healing the world one body at a time. She loves guiding people with her hands and coaching skills to find their true personal healing. She believes that our bodies can heal themselves if given a chance. Although building her dream takes up a lot of time, Nicole’s heart belongs with her amazing family. She has a gorgeous husband, two handsome little men and a beautiful princess. She spends most of her spare time at the hockey rink as both boys play hockey and the little princess is following right in their footsteps. She loves spending time at the family camp on the lake and taking the yearly family vacation to the beach in Maine. Her newest love is cooking wholesome, natural meals for her family. An ultimate dream of hers would be to travel around the world and bring her knowledge and skills to underserved communities.

When Nicole discovered Bowenwork she knew that her life and her career would never be the same.  Bowenwork has been such an amazing addition to her Physical Therapy background that she has built her entire private Physical Therapy practice around the Bowenwork Technique.  The most exciting thing about Bowenwork is that less is truly more.  Nicole’s patients are experiencing incredible results without going through an extensive, painful rehab process.  The gentleness of Bowenwork continues to amaze both Nicole and her patients.  Besides the obvious physical pain relief she also continues to be intrigued by the accompanying relief of emotional and digestive distress and the incredible improvements in sleeping habits.

Nicole has developed a passion for teaching since becoming an instructor for The American Bowen Academy.  She loves being able to teach students who want to bring this amazing manual technique into their homes to take care of loved ones and she also loves teaching professionals like herself a new modality that they can bring to their patients or clients.  Watching a student truly get it and to see the sparkle in their eyes when they feel the response under their fingertips is what drives Nicole to be the best instructor that she can be.

After discovering Bowenwork, Nicole wanted even more for her family and her patients.  She studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition out of New York City and became an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.  She especially loves to help Mom’s like her at one time feeling like they were running on empty and were about to burn out.  Another favorite is helping athletes, especially her own little athletes with proper nutrition and proper timing of their pre and post workout meals.

Nicole has also been very interested in essential oils.  She became a Young Living Distributor in 2014 and since then became an avid user of the products.  Nicole uses her essential oils for all aspects of her health, well being and even in her home for a less toxic environment.  Just recently Nicole has decided to expand her young living team so that she can bring more health and knowledge to many more people.  It’s difficult to do that alone so she has decided to lead a team of knowledgable and likeminded people to bring these amazing products to as many people as possible.  If you are interested in becoming a business partner with Nicole be sure to reach out to her.
